The RavenHeart Center Update and Spiritual Insight
Dear Spiritual Colleagues and Friends,
Linda and I send greetings to our readership and welcome new subscribers to our Newsletter. We are attempting to balance our communications between the longer, more-detailed Newsletter, and the shorter, but more frequent, email blasts. The latter are designed to update you on our rapidly changing event/program offerings, as well as to provide more frequent spiritual updates. Therefore, you will not be receiving the Newsletter every other month, but more likely 3-4 times a year. We hope this change in our communications enables you to continue to be aware of our programs and to take advantage of those that “speak” to you.
Many of you who have had recent channeling sessions with The Light Beings have been informed about the Manifestation Process. Given the challenging times in which we live, I feel it is most appropriate to summarize their lengthy description of this important process—whereby we are being shown how to obtain what we desire. We are frequently being told that we just need to manifest what we want (need), and our spiritual guides will provide for us. Unfortunately, as many of us know it is far from being that simple.
According to the Light Beings, we must first Manifest with Clarity what we desire to have or achieve. It is extremely important that we be very clear and specific as to our intentions, desires, needs or wants. Far too often we say what we want, but then we dismiss what we are manifesting by listing all of the reasons it will not work, or why we are not prepared, or some other limitation. These mixed messages are confusing to our Spiritual guides and teachers, and cause them to be less than helpful in this process.
Secondly, we must believe we are deserving of what we are manifesting. This means we must believe in ourselves feeling confident in our ability; feel fully justified in manifesting our desire; and believe it can happen. This is not as easy as it might seem, for life continues to provide challenges and opportunities for us not to believe in our capability, or assume that we are not deserving of what we desire.
Thirdly, we must trust that we are not alone in this process—that our guides and teachers in Spirit are listening to what we are manifesting and are willing to work with us. We need to trust our intuitive capabilities, paying close attention to the signs on our path (some are subtle, and some are very obvious), and trust these signs and our intuition. This means for all of us left-brained, rational, and linear individuals—we need to use our right-brain, being less linear. Our intuitive “hits” frequently do not make sense to the linear mind.
Finally, we now need to act, based on our beliefs, as well as what we are receiving from our intuitive insights. Take action, move forward, and assume responsibility for achieving what you wish to see happen. We as “Earth Beings” MUST do our 50% of the work with complete “Gusto”, believing and trusting that you are on the path to achieve your goal.
I hope this explanation, which many of you have heard, serves to assist you in moving forward to find your soul purpose path.

Dear Ones...
I love the warmth of summer time---so, every time someone says to me that summer is nearly over---I continue to focus on the beauty of all that remains in bloom and the plentiful temperature that I feel on my still bare arms. Certainly, you could see this as a metaphor---though life hands us events and experiences that don’t always feel so warm and cozy---remind yourselves of being here with PURPOSE and with GUIDANCE.
We’re in heightened times of great demand on us as Enlightened Earth Beings. If you feel that time moves much faster and expectations of you are exaggerated---you’re so right!
Of late, Earl and I have felt the intensifying of energy. This is because many of us are being prepared energetically to hold a higher vibration and take on more of our agreements. Please do not despair
when you feel that finances are tight, personal/family demands are extreme, and what seem like challenges abound in your midst.
All will be well, if we stand firm and pull divine energy in through the top of our head, then breathing it ALL the way down throughout our body, and grounding this energy into Mother Earth through the bottoms of our feet. This exercise will carry you a very long way toward climbing the ladder of soul expansion and doing what you came here to do.

TELE-WORKSHOPS ON SOUL PURPOSE
In this Soul Purpose Tele-Workshop—Linda’s focus, as always, will be about how our soul continues its developmental journey through this lifetime and beyond. As you all know, we have made soul commitments and have a soul trajectory (or pathway) in order to learn and integrate who and what we have been in past lives with our life today. The workshop focus will continue to be on how we complete elements of soul learning and progress in order to “round-out” our soul energy and move closer to the time when we will be in ascension as the “high teachers” we intend to be, and are advancing toward. Through client sessions and input from The Light Beings, we’ll discuss how to continue to shine a light on our path this life, and remove the “blocks” that keep us stuck and unable to move forward.
Time for meditation and spiritual guidance will be included. Please join us—as we assist the New Humanity to develop higher and deeper.
The Tele-Workshop on August 31 will have a special and unique focus. When Linda recommends to all clients that they have a regular and on-going ‘spiritual practice’ in their life, many ask for a deeper explanation and suggestions.
In this 90 minute Tele-Workshop, Linda will discuss in detail what spiritual practice is, and how to find a style that suits you. Communing with the unseen realm is critical to your own soul’s journey and the progression of the Earth and the Universe at this very time. Linda will include direct input from higher beings about the extreme importance of stepping away from your own human emotions in order to recognize the guidance and input from your Guides during spiritual practice.
On August 31, Linda will guide two types of spiritual practice for you to experience and move deeper into who you are at the core of your being.

PAST LIFE SOUL REGRESSION SESSIONS BY PHONE
Linda is now offering Past Life Soul Regression Sessions by phone. This mode of accessing past life memory is intended to create release and transformation through the remembrance of one or more past lives. PLSR by phone is productive and useful for clients.
For a number of years Linda did not offer PLSR by phone, assuming that it might not be workable. The standard recommendation for a client, who wishes to have a Between Lives Soul Regression, is to experience a PLSR first. By having a PLSR the client is much more likely to be able to access the time between lives. PLSR by phone is quite useful, whether you are planning to schedule a PLSR or not.
A few years ago Linda decided to guide a client’s PLSR session by phone in preparation for the BLSR session, which would happen later where the client lived. With each client’s PLSR it became clear that the phone sessions were quite ‘successful’.
PLSR by phone is productive for the client because:
- The client is in his/her own comfortable environment and privacy.
- The client uses a headset (preferable) or a speaker phone.
- The client can remain in their own environment after the session to continue processing and gain more from the PLSR.
Many, if not most, PLSR clients are surprised at how easy it is to relax and access significant memory of past lives. As important memories of past lives are regained an explanation of today’s life details comes forward. Once the understanding of how the past life relates to our current life is clear for the client, the release and deletion of past life elements that cloud the client’s soul development, happens with ease.

BETWEEN LIVES SOUL REGRESSION TRAINING (TELE/IN-CLASS)
Linda is now offering BLSR training which combines the teaching elements of both a home study course and a classroom course. Participants will receive a teaching manual, a training DVD, a PowerPoint presentation and other teaching materials prior to the beginning of the course. The course consists of four weekly conference phone sessions followed by a long weekend (Friday morning to Sunday afternoon) of classroom/practicum experience. PAST LIFE SOUL REGRESSION TRAINING - Not just for Regression Therapists
As you can see below, we are now conducting two modes of PLSR Training Programs; both programs are open to individuals that wish to better understand their past lives, and how these previous incarnations can affect our lives today. Many of the “students” who enroll in these programs do so to utilize the information and skills for their own spiritual growth and soul progression, and not necessarily to become a regression therapist. We welcome inquiries of interest from those of you who feel that this opportunity might assist you to understand what you are currently experiencing in this life. While we do require a basic knowledge of the hypnotic trance process, Linda can provide this background with 2-3 one-hour sessions, either by phone or in person. No other pre-requisite is required to participate in one of these courses.
JOURNEY INTO SPIRIT: A PAST LIFE SOUL REGRESSION THERAPY TRAINING

The RavenHeart Center in cooperation with the International Between Lives Regression Network (www.IBLRN.org) announces “Journey Into Spirit: A Past Life Soul Regression Therapy Training” course for individuals wishing to expand their professional and personal understanding of the path of the Soul and Past Life Soul Regression Therapy.
Our four-day intensive course is scheduled for September 23-27, 2010 and February 3-7, 2011 in Boulder, CO.
This unique program is designed to offer preparation for individuals who may, in the future, desire to learn how to conduct Between Lives Soul Regression. Individuals who complete the competency requirements of this course will be prepared for the Between Lives Soul Regression Training (see below).
Certification as a Past Life Soul Regression Therapist may be achieved following completion of this training. Our Past Life Soul Regression Therapy introductory course constitutes training for a life dedicated to furthering the healing of oneself and others through this work. Many individuals take this training course for the purpose of deepening their ‘soul’ experience in this life and beyond, rather than desiring to guide past-life regression in a private practice.

PAST LIFE SOUL REGRESSION TRAINING: TELE-TRAINING COURSE
Journey Into Spirit: A Past Life Soul Regression Training course is taught via an 6-week Home Study and Online format by Dr. Linda Backman, Psychologist and Regression Therapist. The next offering of this course begins on Wednesday, Sept 1, 2010. This course contains the following teaching components: training manual, PowerPoint, live demonstration DVD, email discussion, teaching via conference call, practicum, and spiritual practice. The foundation of study stems from continuity of soul consciousness and the progression of Soul through learning from lifetime to lifetime.
This PLSR training course will mirror The RavenHeart Center face-to-face training found at our on-site Training Page. The weekly conference call is scheduled from 5:00 pm to 6:30pm (Mountain Time). If you do not have the needed hypnosis background, Linda can provide this experience either over the phone or in person in 2-3 one-hour sessions. The cost for this course is $800.00.
